Hi, I’m Joel.

I’ve been happily married to my lovely wife and a dad to four amazing kids.

As a family man, our home is a place where we nurture the family.   A home, where my kids can play and be the best that they can be, Healthy, comfortable, safe a place we can call our HOME.

And upon entering the building business, my philosophy has been guided by these personal aspirations and goals. I felt that my personal dreams of building a great home for my own family could serve as the best template for my clients.

Through the years, I’ve grown to believe that successful building projects can be achieved through two things — Good Design and Great Collaboration.

That’s why our primary focus at Emerge Homes is to extend our hand in providing designs that could elevate, engage and inspire.

But we’ve also come to terms that great designs can only come from collaboration with you, our clients. That’s why our projects begin with a dialogue.

And by doing so, we’re able to learn more about you so that we can be better partners in building something special together.

It’s for this reason that Emerge Homes is doing things differently compared to others. Instead of following the housing trend of “having the biggest house for the cheapest cost possible”, we’re actually doing the exact opposite.

Would it be better if we follow the industry practice, from a business perspective? Could be.

But it runs counter to the very philosophy that has been at the core of Emerge Homes.

I believe building a home is a very personal process. And for one to be completely called your home, your house should be built as an expression of your personality and your family’s needs and interests.  When you build a house, motivated only by a desire to get the biggest one for the least possible cost, it might end up with you having a standard cookie cutter house, Instead of having your dream home, you’ll have one that does not reflect you, your dreams and aspirations.

Your home should be a reflection of the kind of journey you’ve been through in life. And your home should be built with focus on your family’s needs and wants. That’s what Emerge Homes is all about.
